Team- Advisory Service Health
Work Schedule- Monday to Friday, 8am- 40 hours weekly. Hybrid model- 2 days per week in the office
Incentives (performance-based bonus)
Leave Entitlement- 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, with the option to purchase or sell up to 5 days each holiday year
What will your responsibilities be as a Client Support Specialist?
You will become part of a dynamic, enthusiastic, and fast-paced team that collaborates to establish strong professional relationships and address the servicing requirements of our diverse business partners and brokers. Your responsibilities will be diverse, including managing inbound inquiries and engaging through email, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a professional yet personable approach in a business-to-business context.

What skills are essential for success?
