Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team at The London Clinic. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing a professional and patient-centered service to our referring consultants and their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for medical administrative areas, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with relevant departments.
- Collect payments from clients in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing cash or electronic transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient and visitor information.
- Coordinate patient visits, minimizing delays and ensuring a smooth flow of activities.
Requirements:
- Receptionist experience in a similar private hospital or healthcare environment is essential.
- Strong PC skills and ability to work well within a team as well as alone.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
