Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Director of People & Culture to enhance our workplace environment and uphold our commitment to exceptional service. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily operations of our People & Culture department, focusing on the comprehensive employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, training, development, and performance management. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and requires on-site presence during standard office hours, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all recruitment and selection processes.
  • Promote a culture of training and development for all staff members.
  • Collaborate with management on performance management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed on best practices and propose initiatives to boost employee engagement and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee HR, payroll, and internal communication systems.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently as required.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, with a preference for candidates with private members club experience. To excel in this position, you should demonstrate:
