We are seeking an extraordinary and passionate leader to assume the role of Chief People Officer, with the goal of propelling St Giles to the forefront of workplace excellence within our industry. This pivotal position is essential for enhancing our people-focused culture, attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent that reflects the diverse backgrounds and experiences of the communities we serve.

As the Chief People Officer, you will work closely with our CEO and Executive Team, offering both strategic and practical leadership to foster a vibrant environment and drive the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a proven history in senior people and culture roles, spearheading cultural transformation and creating exceptional learning opportunities for high-performing staff.
  • Possess CIPD qualifications and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, EDI initiatives, and their strategic implications.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills necessary for thriving in this demanding role.

As an organization dedicated to working with vulnerable children and adults, we prioritize safeguarding, protecting, and promoting the safety of our clients. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS Check.
