We are seeking an extraordinary and passionate leader to assume the role of Chief People Officer, aiming to elevate St Giles Trust to the forefront of workplace excellence within our sector. This pivotal position is essential for enhancing our people-focused culture, attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent that reflects the diverse backgrounds and experiences of the communities we serve.

As the Chief People Officer, you will work closely with our CEO and Executive Team, offering both strategic and practical leadership to foster a vibrant work environment and propel our organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a proven history in senior people and culture roles, spearheading cultural transformation and crafting exceptional learning opportunities for high-performing staff.
  • Possess CIPD qualifications and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, EDI initiatives, and their strategic implications.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills to thrive in this demanding role.
