Job Summary:

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the efficient operational management of our HR function, including Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Reward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to line managers on complex HR queries and issues throughout the employee life-cycle.
  • Assist and support managers with complex Employee Relations cases, including absence, conduct, and capability.
  • Recruit, train, and support HR team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Line manage a HR team of 3, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team's success.
  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Provide coaching and training to new line managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to manage their teams effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a HR Management role, with a strong track record of effective people management.
  • Excellent experience managing ER casework from start to finish, with a focus on resolving complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • CIPD qualification is highly desirable, but not essential.
