Position: HR Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator who will also undertake Personal Assistant responsibilities. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 35 hours per week, with flexible hours available for discussion.

Location:
Hybrid working arrangement with a combination of remote and office presence.

Compensation:
Salary range: £28,000 - £31,000

Key Responsibilities:
HR Administrative Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to transactions and payroll, escalating issues as necessary.
- Provide comprehensive support to employees regarding compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including contract issuance, job advertising, CV screening, interview coordination, agency liaison, and reference checks.
- Distribute e-learning modules aligned with the learning and development strategy and onboarding program.
- Conduct candidate eligibility and reference checks, reporting any concerns to the HR Manager.
- Maintain attendance and absence records using the internal CRM system.
- Support auditing processes as required.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Update internal databases and systems with accurate information.

Business Support to Executives:
- Organize company events and manage related logistics.
- Handle expense reports and meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate travel plans and assist with executive communications.
- Provide administrative assistance to executives as needed.
- Offer additional support to senior management when required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience or exposure in a human resources role.
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Highly organized and self-reliant.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and internal systems.
