Position Overview

We are seeking two resilient, proactive, and engaging Human Resources Advisors to enhance our People Advisory team within the Directorate of People, Culture, and Wellbeing. This role will provide both operational and strategic guidance on people-related matters across various faculties and directorates.

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive employee relations guidance on a daily basis. Our success hinges on providing high-quality, consistent advice and coaching to managers on topics such as engagement, employee relations, and well-being. Collaborating within a dynamic team, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring and influencing others effectively.

In this role, you will cultivate strong working relationships with senior management and staff, delivering innovative and effective people solutions and change management strategies that address evolving workforce needs. Exceptional communication skills are essential, enabling you to articulate complex information, rules, and employment legislation while earning the trust and respect of colleagues and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of developing People Policies, managing employment-related casework, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, and providing a customer-focused advisory service. Additionally, you will be capable of conducting job evaluations and facilitating internal training sessions related to our People Policies.

A minimum of CIPD level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) is required for this position.
