We are seeking a Public Space Surveillance Operator to collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other investigative organizations. Your role will involve monitoring live CCTV feeds, assisting police officers in real-time, and gathering crucial evidence to support community safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, report, and document any suspicious activities.
  • Operate surveillance equipment efficiently to capture high-quality evidential images.
  • Prepare detailed reports and witness statements as required.
  • Attend court proceedings to provide testimony related to CCTV footage.
  • Engage confidently with various internal and external agencies.

We offer comprehensive training to ensure you are well-prepared for the role. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires working on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise reports.
  • SIA Frontline Public Space Surveillance license.
