Job Summary

Vox Network Consultants is seeking a highly skilled CCTV Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Public Safety Division Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of our CCTV service, ensuring that our information and data resources meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of CCTV operations staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our CCTV operations, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our CCTV operations are aligned with the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure that our CCTV operations are delivered in a way that is consistent with our company values and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of managing CCTV operations in a local government or public sector environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Work.
