Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced CCTV Rig Leader to join our client's team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of CCTV surveyors in carrying out CCTV inspections across mainline drainage systems. This will involve:

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of CCTV surveyors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  • Conducting CCTV surveys and coding findings using WinCan.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in drainage surveying, with a strong background in CCTV operations.
  • A valid UK driving license and ability to travel across the designated area.
  • OS19x qualification and ability to complete work to high standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
