Position Overview

The role serves as the initial point of contact for our clients, engaging in problem-solving discussions daily. You will address inquiries, striving for resolution at the first point of contact whenever feasible, while adhering to established KPIs. This position is vital in driving our company-wide initiative to achieve customer service excellence; if you possess the skills to assist us in this mission, we are eager to hear from you.

We currently offer a range of full-time and part-time positions on both permanent and fixed-term contracts. The full-time roles operate between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekend work is not required for Customer Support Specialists.

What We Seek:

We are in search of individuals with a background in customer-focused environments, ideally from a telephony or contact centre setting. As the first point of contact for our residents, you must be dedicated to resolving queries accurately and professionally.

Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role, enabling you to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. Your empathy and interpersonal skills will be crucial in managing challenging conversations.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in IT, as you will need to navigate various systems while assisting customers. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications is also necessary.

While this role is primarily remote, you will be required to attend training at our Group offices during your onboarding process. Occasional travel to the office may also be necessary as requested.
