Pertemps Birmingham Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Customer Integration Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical and commercial support to both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with system setup, testing, and maintenance to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Keep customers informed about new features and product developments, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest solutions.
- Verify correct setup of customer accounts and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, providing timely resolutions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, relaying feedback for process improvements and driving business growth.
- Lead or participate in improvement projects as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business, products, and best practices, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
- Support customer integrations and manage new order requirements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee customer pricing, SLAs, and internal sales portals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to the Sales Support Team, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships and driving business success.
Requirements
- Knowledge of integration systems, including EDI, Linnworks, Shopify, Pim, and Aspin.
- Understanding of systems and procedures within the business, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Familiarity with the current customer base, with a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
