Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our innovation stage gate process and manage multiple projects from ideation to launch. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving project delivery, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the innovation stage gate process, ensuring seamless project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, leveraging expertise and resources to overcome challenges.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, critical path activities, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure effective risk management, identifying and mitigating potential issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Provide regular project progress reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage change control, escalating issues that impact project fundamentals, time, cost, quality, and scope.
  • Coordinate the creation of Master Data, ensuring new products are set up, live, and costed on internal systems on time.
  • Ensure smooth project transitions, facilitating release meetings with external stakeholders.
  • Project evaluation, assessment, and communication of results to Supply Chain, Local Regulatory Affairs, Partners, and internal/external operations teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in innovation and development projects, particularly within the FMCG sector, to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, leveraging expertise and resources to drive delivery.
  • Experience in managing and mitigating risk, ensuring effective project risk management.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA, APM, PMI, Prince2) and experience with MS Project essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and self-sufficient, with a bias for action and a professional, positive approach.
  • Ability to cope with pressure, assertive, and adaptable, with a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
