Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our innovation and development projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing complex cross-functional projects, driving project delivery, and ensuring timely and cost-effective results. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the innovation stage gate process, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Manage multiple innovation and renovation projects from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Create detailed project timelines, including critical path activities, to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive best practice project management, business planning, and technology to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate project goal definition, objective setting, scope, milestones, and deliverables with the project team.
  • Ensure full feasibility analyses are conducted, including technical and business assessments, to inform project decisions.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements with the project team and resource management.
  • Assess, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Provide regular project progress reporting, including written reports and presentations, to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage change control, including the escalation of change issues that impact project fundamentals.
  • Coordinate the creation of Master Data to ensure new products are set up, live, and costed on internal systems.
  • Ensure smooth transition from project to ongoing production, including release meetings with external stakeholders.
  • Project evaluation, assessment, and communication of results to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in innovation and development projects, particularly within the FMCG sector.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in managing and mitigating risk.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA, APM, PMI, Prince2) and experience with MS Project.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Effective communicator at all levels, with good presentation skills and the ability to conduct effective meetings and presentations.
  • Bias for Action, with a professional and positive approach, and a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and self-sufficient, with the ability to cope with pressure, assertiveness, and adaptability.
