Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects from ideation to launch. Your expertise will be crucial in driving project delivery, managing risks, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead innovation projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure quality.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and scope.
- Ensure feasibility analyses are conducted to assess technical and business viability.
- Manage project risks, changes, and progress reporting.
- Coordinate the creation of Master Data to ensure new products are set up and costed on internal systems.
- Manage smooth transitions from project to on-going production.
- Proven experience in innovation and development projects, particularly in the FMCG sector.
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience in managing and mitigating risk.
- Project Management certification (e.g. IPMA, APM, PMI, Prince2) and experience with MS Project.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Effective communicator at all levels.
- Bias for Action, with a professional and positive approach.
