SmartPro is working with an award-winning manufacturer based in Swansea to find a skilled Project Manager to lead new product development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in launching new products in the consumer goods industry, preferably in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget.
  • Coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor project performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Adhere to the company's new product development tollgate process.
  • Compile and submit project status reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in launching new product development projects in the consumer goods industry.
  • Expertise in end-to-end NPD project management.
  • Hold a project qualification such as Prince2, APM, or PMICSM.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
