This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading recruitment agency, Project People, as a Marketing and Performance Analyst. The role involves assisting with the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns focused on Home Broadband, connecting with consumers, driving response, and contributing to customer acquisition.

You will support the development of performance marketing creatives for Home Broadband across both offline channels (direct response television, radio, press, door drops, etc.) and digital channels (search, social, display), as well as assist with our owned channels such as website banners and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement media plans, paid media, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive campaign success and customer acquisition.
  • Contribute to the development of creative assets, including website banners and customer communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, media planning, and paid media.
  • Agency background preferred, ideally from a creative agency.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new trends in Home Broadband performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
