Job Summary:

Thomson Recruitment Independent Partnerships is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Retail Sales Manager to lead our store operations and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing store performance, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales management, with experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
