We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Woods Furniture. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and engaging experience.

- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Provide customers with expert advice and guidance on product selection and usage.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, increasing average transaction value.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

What We Offer
As a Senior Sales Professional at Woods Furniture, you will receive a competitive salary, plus commission, and a range of benefits, including:
- Salary and Commission
- £25,000 basic salary, plus commission, making a realistic OTE of £30K - £35K pa.
- Pension and Benefits
- 8% pension scheme, with a generous staff discount scheme and other benefits.
Location
This role is based in our beautiful showroom in Dorchester, with easy access to public transport links.
