About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Tiger Resourcing Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales pipeline, identifying new markets for high-value industrial automation solutions, and developing effective commercial relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project scope and provide accurate bids to clients
  • Develop compelling and persuasive content for bids tailored to customer requirements
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders across departments to ensure effective project delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior technical sales role within aerospace, industrial automation, and/or composites
  • Demonstrable success in delivering an effective and profitable sales strategy
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding ability to communicate with people at all levels in verbal and written English
  • Experience in supporting bid processes from start to finish
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Ability to take on, retain, and deliver technical information regarding industrial automation technology and/or robotics
