Senior Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Woods Furniture. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our High East Street Showroom in Dorchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers to ensure they find the perfect furniture and home accessories.
  • Work closely with the Showroom Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide regular updates on their orders.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and improving customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the furniture industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 basic plus commission making a realistic OTE of £30K - £35k pa.
  • 8% pension and generous staff discounts.
