About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at Thomson Recruitment Independent Partnerships (TRIP) Ltd. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury interiors retailer store in Dorchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on luxury interiors products to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in face-to-face sales environments, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Confident and motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £25,000.
