Candidate Profile

To excel as a Strategic Project Coordinator, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable position where you have assumed complete responsibility for IT projects.
  • Experience in a consultancy setting or similar, where you have established effective working relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.

Role Responsibilities

As a Strategic Project Coordinator, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of IT projects that provide value to clients. This may encompass initiatives such as implementing new third-party software solutions for departments like Finance or Marketing, assisting in the establishment of infrastructure for new offices, and supporting clients in launching new brands. The consultancy primarily employs Waterfall methodology but also collaborates with clients who utilize Agile practices. In executing projects, you will liaise with clients, various internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure that deliverables meet requirements, keep all parties informed about project status and milestones, and maintain thorough and current project documentation.
