About The JobAs a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and organised reception area while supporting the team with Administrative Tasks.
Responsibilities- Warmly greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
