Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative support, including managing meeting room bookings, supporting meetings with refreshment and supplies
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with various clerical tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
