One The Gallery is a private dental practice in St Clements Oxford. We are a three surgery practice that offers both routine and specialist dental care. We are now seeking a highly motivated receptionist / font of house. Ideally, we would like someone who enjoys a challenge, welcomes change and is committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care and the best possible service both face to face and by telephone.

**Requirements**:

- Full Time
- You will have proven front of house / reception experience, ideally within a dental setting and anunderstanding of dentistry
- You must possess excellent communication and literacy skills and be able to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of and competent in using word processing programmes as you will be transcribing treatment plans.
- Customer services skills as you will be handling patient enquiries over the phone, in person and in writing
- Be efficient and well organised.
- Previous use of dental practice software is desirable
- People management skills are desirable
- Calm approach to work
- Adaptability to change
- Friendly and flexible
- Pro-active and motivated
- Well presented, reliable, and supportive
- You will play a key role in managing the patient journey and driving patient treatment plans
- Supporting the dentist with various admin roles
- Compliance with CQC regulations

Salary Negotiable depending on experience

Starting ASAP

Hours: 08:00- 17:00
