Job Title: Outreach Worker

Role Overview:
Implement focused outreach initiatives, connecting with individuals who may encounter obstacles to accessing treatment.Provide psychosocial support as part of the Addiction Recovery Service within the community.Collaborate with various partner organizations to deliver an integrated service.Engage with local communities and partner organizations to enhance the visibility of the service at community events.Proactively reach out to service users who miss appointments to improve engagement opportunities.Contribute to the processes of risk management.Assist service users in achieving social reintegration, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives by promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.Candidate Profile:
Possess a comprehensive understanding of complex substance misuse issues and have relevant experience in a similar role.Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficient IT capabilities.Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work independently, with strong time management and prioritization skills.Be a collaborative team member with robust interpersonal skills, capable of working alongside a diverse range of professionals and stakeholders.Ability to navigate change effectively while prioritizing the needs of service users.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.Actively seek opportunities for professional development and contribute to the learning and growth of colleagues.What We Offer:
