In this role, the selected candidates will play a crucial part in assisting individuals with persistent mental health challenges, empowering them to achieve greater autonomy and elevate their overall well-being. The primary duties include:

  • Facilitating independence and fostering genuine choices for those requiring assistance.
  • Delivering housing-related support, which encompasses guidance on benefits, rental obligations, and securing suitable living arrangements.
  • Helping with everyday activities such as grocery shopping, medication management, and household tasks.
  • Keeping precise records of the support rendered and working collaboratively with partner organizations.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in a comparable position or demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for a career in Mental Health or Social Work. Familiarity with mental health concerns is advantageous, and a valid driver's license is a requirement.

This position provides the chance to engage with communities, offering support to clients throughout the week.
