About the Role

P3 Charity is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Street Outreach Worker. As a key member of our outreach team, you will work closely with individuals who are sleeping rough, providing support to access accommodation and improve wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to access services which support complex needs such as drug or alcohol issues, mental health concerns and social exclusion.
  • Work with individuals to explore housing options and find safe and secure accommodation.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

Requirements
