Brand and Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Coordinator to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand and communications strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and drive channel strategies that align with business objectives.
- Set up and manage Google and Facebook ads, ensuring optimal ROI and campaign performance.
- Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights to inform future marketing decisions.
- Lead and manage a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paid media, with a strong understanding of campaign planning, strategy, and analytics.
- Ability to work across multiple social media platforms, with a focus on paid media and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing decisions.
