Job Opportunity: Building Surveyor Housing

Express Recruitment is delighted to support a global construction consultancy in their search for a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team in the Caerphilly area.

This 12-month temporary position offers the opportunity to work with a reputable company and gain valuable experience in residential housing and building surveying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys on local properties with knowledge of Welsh Housing Quality Standards
  • Undertake full HHSRS property assessments
  • Follow policies relating to asbestos management
  • Create reports on property conditions

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying
  • Knowledge of Welsh Housing Quality Standards preferred
  • Previous experience in residential housing or building surveying preferred
  • Clean UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle essential

We supply a diverse range of sectors, including Engineering, Technology, and Professional Services.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Hourly Rate: £50 per hour

Job Type: Temporary for 12 months, with potential to extend
