Our client, a prominent organization in their sector, is in search of a skilled and motivated Finance Administrator to become part of their energetic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee credit control operations to guarantee prompt and precise collections.
- Manage customer invoicing through the financial management system.
- Establish and monitor payment arrangements for clients, ensuring all transactions are finalized.
- Coordinate and supervise weekly and monthly payment cycles, ensuring compliance with established schedules.
- Review and authorize supplier invoices in accordance with company guidelines.
- Address invoice discrepancies and maintain a comprehensive log.
- Examine supplier statements and pursue outstanding invoices.
- Monitor the accounts email inbox and respond to inquiries.
- Regularly assess and manage supplier account credit limits.
Qualifications:
- A strong enthusiasm for finance and a solid educational background in accounting or finance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
