Smyth & Co is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry. We are collaborating with a premier expanding hospitality company in the USA, located in the beautiful and tropical Florida.

As an Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with top-notch suppliers and fresh seasonal produce, creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This is a unique and extraordinary opportunity to join a booming hospitality sector with great opportunities for growth and development.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Executive Chef with a strong background in French/Mediterranean & Pan Asian cuisine, who can cook with finesse to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have 2* or 3* Michelin star experience and high-volume background in 5-star hotels. This role requires multi-site experience, overseeing 3 other establishments, while also setting up new opening projects for the company.

  • Innovative Menu Development: Create and design outstanding dishes of the highest quality, showcasing your culinary expertise and creativity.
  • Kitchen Leadership: Manage and inspire the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Management and Operational Skills: Demonstrate strong management and operational skills, with experience in multi-site operations and new project development.
  • Culinary Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Himalayan dry age fridge, healthy food, and high-end cooking techniques, with the ability to innovate and adapt to new trends.
  • Leadership and Personality: Exhibit great personality and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results.

Offered Benefits:
