What We Look for in an Executive Chef:

This role requires someone who can inspire a team, bring out potential, and lead by example, while developing, costing, and producing fresh seasonal menus for various revenue streams. We seek someone with experience championing excellent service through quality food, a passion for leading and developing a team, and excellent communication skills.

  • Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, with a passion for leading and developing a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage kitchen staff, rota, training, and health and safety
  • Ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
  • Great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls on GP and labour
  • Pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
