Job Summary:

As a Head Barista at WatchHouse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our specialty coffee drinks. You will be responsible for managing a team of Baristas, coaching and developing their skills, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Baristas, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all coffee and drinks meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our coffee shop.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering products and equipment as needed, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and wastage.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for Baristas, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their skills and knowledge.
