Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and effective first-line support to customers via telephone, post, and email
  • Aim to satisfy as many queries as possible at first point of contact, providing a prompt, courteous, and detailed response
  • Ensure all queries are logged on our CRM system, escalated if necessary, and responded to within the required timeframes
  • Manage customer expectations effectively and maintain the highest service levels at all times
  • Produce letters using mail merge with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Update our computer records for new property owners' details
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office, including assisting with the company's 6-monthly invoice run

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized and friendly with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential; experience in Sage 200 is beneficial but not required
