About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Executive to join our team. As a Development Executive, you will be responsible for winning new business and defending existing clients in a successful industry practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Executive who is passionate about sales and business development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong work ethic and a hunger to learn and be inquisitive.
  • Emotional intelligence to develop rapport and gain trust easily.
  • Confidence and resilience, demonstrating gravitas and a positive attitude.
  • Experience or an interest in being a self-starter in order to generate new business from scratch.
  • An ability to generate leads and follow up in order to build a strong pipeline of new business.
  • Active listening and communication skills both written and verbal.
