About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our Dorset repairs team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer service by completing quality repair and refurbishment work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the trade team colleagues to support the delivery of an excellent customer service.
  • Act as a second person to the trade team, assisting with the completion of quality repair and refurbishment work.
  • Remove bathrooms and kitchens, and develop skills in this area through on-the-job training.
  • Ensure electronic van stock is up to date and collect stock where required.
  • Monitor stock control levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
About You

We are looking for a confident and effective communicator who can liaise with colleagues and customers daily. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of delivering an excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a confident user of IT and have a full, UK manual driving licence. You must be willing and able to comply with face fit policy.
