Requirements:
- Service Management Experience: Proven experience in service management or workshop foreman roles, with a strong understanding of agricultural and farming industry practices.
- Agricultural Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of agricultural and farming industry practices, including equipment maintenance and repair.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local agricultural community and industry partners.
- Self-Motivation and Interpersonal Skills: Strong self-motivation, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
