**Job Summary**

As a Financial Services Administrator at IDEX Consulting Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with a team of Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) to assist financial advisers in the proactive management of clients' financial affairs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize workload to meet agreed service standards
  • Regularly improve knowledge and gain a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits and associated legislation
  • Proactively support colleagues, clients, and financial advisers in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Work closely with consultants to support and ensure clients' needs are met
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the team to make an active contribution to the section/business unit
  • Attend training sessions, maintain own training files, and develop relevant knowledge and skills

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of financial services and SSAS/SIPP pension schemes
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
