Electrical Service Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Service Coordinator to join our team at HF Group. As an Electrical Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage incoming service requests, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and optimize resource allocation.

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring timely completion of works and minimizing disruptions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of service requests, engineer availability, and job completion details.
  • Collaborate with the service team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Strong service background with experience in electrical services or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including databases and scheduling tools.
