Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Organisation Effectiveness Specialist to join our team at Sanderson. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our global job architecture, managing the annual reward review cycle, and contributing to various organisational design workstreams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Global Job Architecture Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a new global job architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organisational needs.
  • Annual Reward Review Cycle Management: Take a lead role in managing the global end-of-year process for performance and reward, ensuring data accuracy and system readiness.
  • Workday System Preparation: Lead the preparation of the Workday system to support the end-of-year process, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Organisational Design Support: Work closely with the Global OD team to support various organisational design workstreams, ensuring that Sanderson remains organisationally capable and effective.


Key Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a matrix organisation, with a strong background in reward and organisational design.
  • Data Analytics and Numerical Skills: Excellent data analysis and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Employment Cost Budgeting: Proven experience in employment cost budgeting and management, with a strong understanding of financial implications.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
