Senior Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team at Tendeka. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and car hire, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Provide operational support and logistics, including scheduling offshore engineers and managing the offshore field engineer database.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Facilities Management-related issues.
- Schedule and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, and extra works as required.
- Ensure key contractors provide a professional service and schedule operational meetings as needed.
- Coordinate contractors for office maintenance and liaise with HSE to ensure compliance with RAMS.
- Support the tender process, including collating submissions, expediting the initial kick-off process, and preparing tender templates.
- Provide cover for the Executive PA as required.
Individual QHSE Responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment to quality of service, including quality of records produced, aiming to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to protection of Health, Safety, and the Environment.
- Follow company QHSE Policy, relevant operational procedures, HSE procedures, and risk assessments.
- Communicate and report on any perceived non-conformances or faults in the service provided or in the company's Quality or HSE Management Systems.
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administration role with travel/logistics knowledge.
- Good working knowledge and experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet research.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively utilize resources, plan, prioritize, and take responsibility for own work.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to work unsupervised and exercise initiative to resolve potential problems.
