Key Responsibilities


Objective


The Project Administrator offers essential administrative support to the Subsea Robotics Group (SSR), ensuring alignment with project execution and requirements.


Core Functions

- Collaborate with the Project Manager and team members to oversee multiple projects, activities, and resources.

- Consult with project personnel to establish work plans.

- Provide project assistance by tracking, maintaining, and reporting on project progress.

- Conduct necessary schedule analyses for projects and deliverables as needed.

- Distribute monthly reports, presentations, procedures, proposals, and other documentation.

- Communicate with managers and engineers to review project progress and resolve any issues.

- Aid in the creation and upkeep of all forms, work instructions, and processes.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors and subcontractors.

- Organize and manage SSR project data effectively.

- Assist in ensuring the successful closure of projects.

- Support the development and maintenance of all SSR documentation and processes.

- Ensure that the project maintains clear and concise communication throughout.

Required Qualifications


Essential Qualifications

- Relevant industry experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.

- Proven experience in project support and planning/scheduling.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Project.

- Demonstrated strong organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with document control systems and project design methodologies.

- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
