Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Trade Consultant to join our team at 360 Resourcing Solutions. As a Showroom Trade Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with trade professionals, including bespoke developers, builders, contractors, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain the customer database, keeping trade clients up to date with the latest products, promotions, and company updates.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide expert product knowledge to help clients choose the best solutions for their projects.
  • Account Management: Maintain regular contact with trade professionals to ensure they have the latest specifications, pricing, and technical information.
  • Sales and Marketing: Proactively engage with clients to promote the company's high-quality, innovative products, highlighting unique selling points that set the brand apart from competitors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, promptly resolving any issues.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and strive to exceed ambitious sales targets on both a monthly and yearly basis.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in face-to-face sales, ideally in a showroom environment, and at least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the kitchen, bathroom, or tile industries is desirable but not essential.
