Job Title: Showroom Manager - Luxury Flooring Specialist

Industry: Luxury Flooring, Natural Stone, Porcelain Tiles, and Interior Products

Location: Solihull

Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus, OTE circa £55,000

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our luxury flooring sales team in Solihull. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales background, people management experience, and a passion for luxury interior products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Sell a range of luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring tiles to residential and retail clients, including end-users.
  • Team Management: Manage a small sales team and maintain high presentation standards in the showroom.
  • Client Relationships: Conduct multiple 1-2-1 client appointments, build relationships, and send quotations with follow-up.
  • Logistics and Customer Service: Arrange deliveries and provide aftersales service, updating internal CRM systems with relevant information.
  • Showroom Management: Oversee all aspects of the showroom, including managing a small team.

Requirements:

  • Consultative Sales Experience: Must have experience selling luxury high-end products.
  • People Management: Must have experience managing a team.
  • Product Knowledge: Ideally, have experience with aesthetically pleasing interior products, such as wall and floor tiles, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, LVT, and natural stone.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Organisation and Communication: High levels of organisation and excellent communication skills.
  • Team Player: Honest, hardworking, and a team player.
