Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Natural Stone & Porcelain Flooring team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of showroom sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners.

Requirements:
