Job Title: Showroom Manager - Luxury Natural Stone & Porcelain Flooring

Job Summary:

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team, maintaining high presentation standards, and driving sales growth in the residential and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small sales team and maintain high presentation standards
  • Conduct multiple 1-2-1 client appointments and build relationships
  • Sending out quotations on the back of an appointment and following up appropriately
  • Arranging deliveries and providing aftersales service
  • Updating internal CRM systems with relevant information to keep records up to date

Requirements:

  • Must have consultative sales experience with selling a luxury high-end product
  • Must have people management experience
  • Ideally will have experience with aesthetically pleasing interior products such as wall and floor tiles, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, LVT, natural stone, etc.
  • Excellent customer service
  • High levels of organisation and excellent communication skills
  • Honest, hardworking team player
