Key Responsibilities

The Retail Showroom Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Leading a dynamic team in a newly established showroom environment.
  • Working closely with sales advisors to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Engaging customers through effective face-to-face communication, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Demonstrating a strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in driving sales performance.
  • Possessing a background in design, interiors, or the creative sector.
  • Being a collaborative team member, eager to assist and engage with customers.
  • Utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Having experience in high-end retail settings is advantageous.
Employment Details

This is a full-time, permanent position with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, with Sundays and Bank Holidays off. The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
